Meet Erin:
Dr. Erin Fisher brings both deep clinical training and a genuine human presence to her therapy work. She holds a post-master’s Certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy, a PhD in Psychology, and is a Certified Neuropsychotherapist (NPT-CTM). For nearly three decades, she has also taught Psychology at the college level, giving her a strong foundation in understanding how the brain, emotions, relationships, and lived experiences intersect.
Erin supports individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, and depression as well as couples and families as they navigate through life’s many challenges. Rather than asking “What’s wrong with you?”, she’s more interested in understanding “What has happened around you, and how did you (and your brain!) adapt?” Approaching therapy from a systemic perspective, she helps clients understand themselves within the broader contexts of their relationships, family systems, culture, and life experiences. She asks, “Where have you been? What are you navigating now? Where do you hope to go?” Her style is warm, collaborative, and grounded, helping clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to create lasting change.
Erin is the proud mother of an adult daughter, two dogs, and a cat. In her spare time, she enjoys strength training, DIY home improvement projects, gardening, and reading.
