These core issues may arise from developmental challenges, attachment styles, family dynamics, or personality traits, often manifesting in both productive and nonproductive ways over time. Matt’s clinical approach is adaptable, frequently focusing on identifying and addressing the root causes of difficulties to create space for acceptance, gratitude, and personal growth.
