Meet Nicole:
Nicole is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who loves walking alongside youth, adults, and couples as they navigate the messy, meaningful work of mental health. She works with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, recovery from addiction, experiences of domestic violence, and the impact of divorce on both children and adults. Nicole believes therapy should feel safe, supportive, and collaborative.
Her approach is grounded in Emotion-Focused Therapy (Les Greenberg), Emotionally Focused Therapy (Sue Johnson), and Self-Compassion–based practices (Kristin Neff). Nicole became certified in Self-Compassion in Psychotherapy in 2025 and is especially passionate about helping clients learn how to treat themselves with more kindness and understanding. She also enjoys using the Enneagram as a tool for deeper self-awareness and growth.
Nicole brings a friendly, upbeat, and mindful presence into the therapy space. Before becoming a therapist, she spent ten years working in youth ministry, which continues to shape her practice and healing in any season someone is in with their spirituality/faith.
Outside the therapy room, Nicole is a wife and a young mom who loves seeing the world through her daughter’s eyes. She shares life with two goofy Bernedoodles who are certified therapy dogs, and she proudly embraces her granny hobbies—crocheting, reading, and gardening—along with wakeboarding, snowboarding, laughing, and being creative.
